Dashboard Overview
Use the Dashboard to see workflow status, configured modules, pending manual review, confirmed matches, ignored items, blacklist counts, schedules, Product Builder status, AI Review status, Sheet Push status, and Price Sync Add-On status when active.
Stock Sync Setup
Set up the Stock Sync page, choose sheets to include, use Dry Run and Live Sync controls, load Sheet Preview, check product search preview, review Sync Log output, and resolve Pending Manual Product Matches.
Settings Page
Configure sheet ID, tab name, API details, row ranges, matching columns, quantity columns, category filters, schedules, and the sheet-specific setup that powers your stock workflow.
Manual Review
Manual Review is where uncertain matches should go instead of forcing a guess. Search WooCommerce products, choose the correct product, and save the match for future syncs.
Confirmed Matches
Confirmed Matches are approved product links. They help future syncs become faster and cleaner because the plugin can reuse matches you have already checked.
Ignored Matches
Ignored items are useful when a model code or sheet row should not auto-match. Use this when a row needs to stay out of automatic matching until you decide otherwise.
Blacklist
Blacklist controls are used for bad match pairs. If a product matched the wrong WooCommerce item, the blacklist helps prevent that same bad pair from repeating.
Product Builder Setup
Product Builder creates or updates WooCommerce products from mapped sheet fields, including product identity, type, parent fields, descriptions, categories, tags, attributes, images, stock fields, external products, grouped products, virtual products, downloadable products, and more.
AI Settings and AI Review
AI Review is part of the Product Builder workflow. Use your own OpenAI API key to generate staged product content and SEO drafts, then review the drafts before importing approved content into WooCommerce.
Sheet Editor
Sheet Editor helps with spreadsheet-driven workflows inside the broader plugin system. Use it alongside Product Builder, Stock Sync, and Sheet Push when your workflow needs sheet-side review or editing support.
Sheet Push
Sheet Push sends WooCommerce stock data back to Google Sheets. Use Full Export for wider sheet refreshes and Incremental Push for changed stock data.
Push on Sale
Push on Sale updates your Google Sheet when WooCommerce sales reduce stock. This helps shared stock workflows reflect sales faster so other stores can pull fresher values on schedule.
Price Sync Add-On
The separate Price Sync Add-On syncs WooCommerce regular prices and sale prices from Google Sheets using confirmed product matches, Dry Run checks, logs, and price-specific review workflows.

Match management guides
Good matching is the difference between a safe sync and a bad update. These workflows help you control what the plugin should match, what it should remember, and what it should block.
Do not force uncertain matches
If a row does not clearly match the correct WooCommerce product, send it to Manual Review. Confirm the right match when you are sure. Use Ignored Matches for items that should not auto-match and Blacklist for known bad product pairs.
Manual Review
Use Manual Review when the plugin cannot safely choose the correct product. Search WooCommerce products, select the correct result, then save the match.
Confirmed Matches
Confirmed Matches are saved approvals. They help future runs avoid repeating the same manual review work.
Ignored Matches
Ignored Matches stop specific items from being auto-matched when they should remain out of the automatic matching workflow.
Blacklist
Blacklist controls prevent a known wrong product pair from being selected again after a bad match has been identified.
AI Settings and AI Review guide
AI Review is optional and part of the Product Builder workflow. It helps stage product content and SEO drafts before anything is imported into WooCommerce.
AI uses your own OpenAI API key
Stock Sync Sheets does not sell AI credits, does not add markup, and does not take commission from AI usage. You use your own OpenAI API key and pay your AI provider directly for what you use.
AI Settings
Add your own OpenAI API key and configure the AI workflow before generating any product content or SEO drafts.
AI-assisted Preview
Generate staged drafts from mapped sheet data, including product titles, short descriptions, long descriptions, bullet features, SEO titles, meta descriptions, and focus keyphrases.
AI Review
Review AI-generated drafts before import. The review workflow helps prevent unapproved AI content from overwriting live WooCommerce products.
Import after approval
The safer workflow is: map sheet data, generate drafts, review staged AI output, approve the content, then run the separate import/update step.

Before you run your first live sync
A clean first setup usually comes down to checking a few important things before turning Dry Run off.
Use this checklist before going live
These are the main checks that help prevent early sync mistakes and give you a more reliable starting point.
- Confirm your Google Sheet ID, tab name, matching columns, quantity column, and row range are correct.
- Confirm the correct sheets are enabled in the Stock Sync page.
- Use Load Sheet Preview to inspect selected rows before trusting the sync.
- Run a Dry Run first instead of a live update.
- Review anything that lands in Pending Manual Product Matches instead of forcing a guess.
- Check the Confirmed Matches page after successful matches are created.
- Use Ignored Matches for rows that should not auto-match.
- Use Blacklist when a specific bad product pair should not happen again.
- Make sure your Sync Log looks clean before running a live sync.
- Only enable scheduled syncs once the test workflow is working properly.
Troubleshooting checklist
Use this checklist when a sync does not behave as expected. Start with the simplest checks before changing mappings or match data.
Rows are not showing
Check sheet ID, tab name, row range, column letters, Google Sheet sharing/API access, and whether the selected sheet is enabled in the Stock Sync page.
Products are not matching
Check SKU, product ID, model code, category filters, confirmed matches, ignored matches, and blacklist rules before changing matching settings.
Variation stock looks wrong
Check product ID, SKU, parent SKU, parent ID, product type, and variation attributes. Variation rows need clear identity and parent relationship data.
Scheduled sync is not running
Check whether scheduling is enabled, whether a valid frequency is selected, whether WordPress cron is running, and whether logs show the last scheduled activity.
Sheet Push is not updating
Check Sheet Push settings, mapped columns, full export logs, incremental push logs, Push on Sale settings, and whether the sheet can be written to.
Price Sync needs checking
Check confirmed price matches, regular price column, sale price column, Dry Run output, logs, ignored price items, blacklist counts, and scheduled price sync status.
